First time visiting. My favorite childhood friend expressed interest in visiting, so I surprised her for her birthday . With the popularity of this venue, the parking space is limited. We parked in the bank parking next door. There were also multiple groups celebrating in the private dining room. We visited on a Saturday midday, but did not have reservations. We waited 20 minutes for a table. The menu selection is very diverse with a great price point and vegan selections. I ordered avocado toast with chicken and chili sauce (not spicy). We enjoyed our meals and beverages. Our waitress was friendly, but I had to remind her at least 3 times to bring an item that was missing from the order. Otherwise, the restaurant staff are very hospitable and the decor is fun and festive for any outing, celebration or gathering. I look forward to returning, especially to try the boba tea flight.

One of my favorite brunch spots! The owners are so sweet, friendly, and welcoming! It is always packed so make a reservation in advance. I came here multiple times with my friends and with my church friends (over 20 guests) they never fail to amaze me with their amazing service.

The staff was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail beautifully honored her memory. It meant more than they will ever know. The food and drinks were delicious, every plate fresh and full of flavor, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. They created an atmosphere that felt warm, respectful, and full of heart, and I will forever be thankful for that. If you are looking for a place that not only serves amazing food but also truly cares about its guests, The Modern Rose is the place. I highly recommend them and will always hold this experience close to my heart.
